Version 3.7 of Cobblestone software released with Phone-in Business rules and updated Voucher module.
Transient Path, LLC has released Cobblestone v3.7 expanding their innovative and advanced Cobblestone Poker Room and Casino Management solution. The new release includes an updated Voucher module, Phone-in business rules, Smart Waitlist Popup, an updated administration module and some minor fixes.
Transient Path has updated the Voucher module to allow for rolling back of any issued voucher for any tournament as long as the voucher has not been redeemed. The ability to void vouchers will give cashiers the ability to correct errors or exchange vouchers for players who have been issued multiple day one vouchers but would like to use them on later day ones. The updated Voucher Details Report now includes a voided voucher section that will help management track all vouchers.
Cobblestone’s new Phone-in Business Rules feature allows poker room management to configure the Phone-in module to match their standards. Phone-in rules include turning Phone-in on/off, the length of the time a phone in is on the list, the number of time extensions allowed, and what should happen when the timer runs out (Auto-Rollover, Auto-Activate, Auto-Add Time, Auto-Delete, Do Nothing).
The new Smart Waitlist Popup provides board/brush people more information about the players on their lists. By clicking a player on the list, the new Smart Waitlist Popup displays the game, limit, the number of players on the list, the number of tables currently open for the game, the number of seats available and what position they are on that list for each game they are currently signed up for. From this new popup, the board/brush person can also remove the player from all lists or add time to Phone-ins if that is part of the rooms business rules.
The Admin module has been updated to include the ability to set the maximum number of seats to open when opening a new game and a default setting for games that aren’t listed.
Transient Path, LLC designs, develops, and supports desktop and point of activity mobile solutions for guests, patron, and employee services. Their first product, Cobblestone, is the first completely mobile, browser based, RFID enabled poker and table management solution. It is the only system that takes the dealer out of player tracking and allows them to get back to dealing. We “Let the players play and the dealers deal.”
