v3 coin

Transient Path releases v3 of Cobblestone Poker Room and Casino Management solution.

The new release includes mobile tournament clocks for players, online tournament ticket reservations, voucher issuing/tracking/redemption, table drop integration with RFID dealer cutcard tracking, automated player tracking requiring no intervention by staff or dealers, one click integrated waitlist transfer, extended tournament table management, and a fully updated administration module.

The new Mobile Clock allows players to view any currently published tournament clocks on their mobile device. Since this is a browser based solution it will run on any platform that has a web browser. There is no app to download and no matter what type of device they are using (tablet, smartphone, laptop), the software will automatically configure itself for the correct screen dimensions.

Cobblestone v3 allows online tournament ticket purchasing through the casinos own website. In this way, the venues promote their own events, on their own website, and are not just one of many options available on ticket clearinghouse sites. Tournament directors can control tournament availability as well as the quantity of seats available for sale online.
The new voucher issuing/tracking/redemption feature of Cobblestone v3 allows a poker room to issue vouchers to players during promotions and then track who redeemed them and when the transaction took place.

Through the use of RFID enabled cut cards Cobblestone v3 can track dealers as they rotate through the room. Transient Path’s system also uses these cut cards for tracking the number of hands dealt thus giving management the ability to match dealers to the number of hands dealt by specific game type. Also the ability to correlate this information with the table drop allows management to get accurate drop-per-hand reporting.

Cobblestone V3 also automates the tracking of players at the table. When a player sits down at the table they place their player’s card in front of them. The system registers the player into that seat and automatically opens a rating for the player in the system. There is no need for the dealer to stop dealing or for a pit boss to have to come to the table to swipe the card. When the player leaves the system no longer sees the player’s card and closes the rating.

The integration of the transfer list into Cobblestone v3 automates the tracking of players wanting transfers while not cluttering up the existing waitlist. With this integration, the waitlist managers immediately know when a transfer is required and the system allows them to seat both the transfer and the next player on the list with just one click.

Transient Path has also expanded the management of tables within tournaments. Cobblestone now gives tournament directors the ability to remove excess table inventory if they have mistakenly opened too many tables. Tournament directors also have the ability to lock active tables, allowing better control of filling tables while still keeping the integrity of random ticket generation during registration.

Cobblestone v3 also brings a brand new administration module that has login security and allows management to add users, games, limits, and rollback accidentally terminated tournaments. It also includes the ability to publish your waitlist to your webpage. This new admin module is also designed for multiple platforms so the manager can update the system from their desk, an iPad or their smartphone.

Transient Path, LLC designs, develops, and supports desktop and point of activity mobile solutions for guests, patron, and employee services. Their first product, Cobblestone, is the first completely mobile, browser based, RFID enabled poker and table management solution. It is the only system that takes the dealer out of player tracking and allows them to get back to dealing. We “Let the players play and the dealers deal.”
