The new Cobblestone Offer Auto Message Service will monitor all offers about to expire and check to see if Auto Message is enabled and no other reminder message were already sent. If enabled and reminder message count is zero, it will check the number of hours for each offer that has not been redeemed and send a reminder text to the patron to redeem their offer before it expires.
