Cobblestone version 7.0 with new Dealer Coordinator
Cobblestone Casino Management System version 7 includes VPN Secured FinCEN E-Filing, a Dealer Rotation module, an expanded Mobile Offers module with mobile redemption, an updated Reporting engine as well as improved Mobile App functionality. Also updates to the Administration and Tournament Clock have been added.
The new Cobblestone Dealer Coordinator has been released with administration of the Rotations, Scheduling and Rosters. Rotation includes, adding Tables, assigning Dealers from the Schedule feature, Inserting Break Tables, and Removing Tables. A clock will appear on the Rotation page that will automatically load to the appropriate Rotation. The schedule allows the management of adding dealers for specific days and times of the week. The Roster feature give access to a Dealer Roster for each scheduled day with dealer names and shift start and end time.
Cobblestone version 7.0 has once again extended its leadership in Electronic FinCEN/BSA CTR filing. Transient Path has improved the security between the casino and FinCEN by creating a secure VPN for the communication. This insures that the information sent by the casino and received by FinCEN has not been compromised in any way. Furthermore, updates sent from FinCEN back to the casino also use VPN communication to make sure the data is accurate and secure.
Other updates to the FinCEN/Banking module include customizable Unknown Player label, an interactive MTL report as well as expansion of the NIL report that provides either a summary report or, when needed, a more detailed report. These updates are extremely useful when doing audits or spot checks.
The Cobblestone Offers module has also been upgraded. These updates allow custom offers to be sent directly to the player through SMS and the casino/cardroom’s custom mobile application. Offers can now be sent to individuals, in batches or by importing CSV files. Redemption of offers has also been updated to allow for Mobile Redemption using small mobile devices such as smartphones. The ability to allow the customer to redeem their offer right at the table keeps the player in the game and provide instant gratification. Offers have also been updated to have different expiration or redemption periods. Now offers can be set to expire in a certain number of days or on a specific date. Also, offers can be setup to only be redeemable between certain times such as during a special event.
Finally, there have been many enhancements to the Cobblestone mobile app. A new updatable marquee on the dashboard allows for instant updates to your players. Offers now show as notification bubbles on the app icon as well as within the application on the dashboard. This reminds players to check for offers and improves offer redemption rates.
