Cobblestone Poker Room and Casino Management version 4.0 released with a new Banking/Cage module.
Transient Path, LLC has released version 4.0 of their innovative and advanced Cobblestone Poker Room and Casino Management solution. The new release includes a brand new Banking/Cage module, SMS integration, updated tournament clock functionality, new administration options for ticket layouts and SMS messages, as well as numerous new reports.
By far one of the largest releases ever (over 150 new features, reports, screens and improvements), version 4.0 of Transient Path’s Cobblestone Poker Room and Casino Management solution continues the advancement of this state of the art casino management system. The latest module to be added to the solution is the Banking module. This module, which will continue to grow over the coming months, includes Marker Management, Compliance Management for MTLs, and Cash on Deposit.
The Marker Management system allows cashiers to issue and repay markers from one screen making the process simple and easy to learn. A complete Marker history area is viewable at all times for each patron to allow for quick reference and payoffs. Each transaction has a comment field to provide specific information about the transaction which is then saved in the transaction history report. Maximum transaction amount can be set by management. Integration with check scanners, signature capture devices as well as biometric finger scanners is also available.
The Compliance section includes the ability to easily record events into your MTL log (CTR and Suspicious Activity management coming soon). A complete MTL historical transaction report is displayed in reverse chronological order with the ability to click on them to get specific transaction information. Multiple descriptors are used to allow each transaction to be tagged with data such as gender, ethnic group, hair color, eye color, age, height, body build and clothing. Comments can be added as needed to each MTL record will the ability to print out reports for any specific gaming day.
The new Cash on Deposit solution allows players to access their cash anytime they visit the casino in the form of cash or chips without the need to get a cash advance or use an ATM. Maximum transaction amount can be set by management. Each deposit and withdrawal is tracked and shown in an on-screen historical report for each player. Transactions popup shows transaction details such as amount, transaction date and time, cashier, comment and which station recorded the transaction. Receipts for each transaction can be printed out for both the cashier and the player. Integration with check scanners, signature capture devices as well as biometric finger scanners is also available.
Cobblestone v4.0 also includes the ability to send SMS messages to players on waitlists when their seat is available. This will allow your players to visit other attractions (bars, gaming options) away from the poker room without the risk of not hearing their name being called in the poker room. It will also reduce the amount of PA announcements required, which will improve the overall ambiance of the room. Administrators can also get a SMS transaction summary to see how well the SMS feature is being utilized.
A new printer toolkit has been added to the administration module. This toolkit will allow management to utilize templates to make changes to how tournament tickets, vouchers and meal vouchers look when they print out. From changing valid until dates to increasing the font size of Table and Seat assignments, this printer toolkit will allow management to customize the look and feel to match their requirements.
