Cobblestone Casino Management version 5.3 adds Count Room Management, Enhanced Player Kiosk and Promotional Admin module.
Transient Path, LLC has released version 5.3 of their Cobblestone Casino Management solution. With the addition of a Count Room module, Enhanced Player Kiosk, and new Promotional Admin module, Transient Path continues its innovative industry advances in browser-based applications, mobile computing and RFID tracking.
The new Count Room Management module was created to allow a simple but secure way for drops to be counted, certified and managed. Count Room personnel check into the Count Room and start adding their counts for both collection and jackpot drop boxes. The ability to seperately report promotional chips is also included in the module. The Drop Box History shows all boxes added to a Count Room Drop along with details such as table number, games ran at that table, jackpot, collection and promotional chips. With the integration of Signature Capture and Biometrics the certification process can be authenticated and is extremely secure. If a casino/cardroom is utilizing Cobblestone’s RFID Dealer Tracking module, they will be able to correlate drop information to total hands dealt at each table to get an accurate accounting of their drop per hand per table.
Cobblestone version 5.3 enhances the Player Kiosks by adding the ability to add custom room graphics as well as specific player club benefits. Patrons can easily determine their current comp balance as well as see how long they have been a memeber without having to get casino staff involved. The new Promotions Admin toolkit allows the user to quickly set the loyalty card membership details. This player facing kiosk will become a central point in the casino for players to update their profile, redeem promotions and track their play history.
Also, some of the features from v5.2 have been enhanced. The Table Headcount feature that allows floor people to take a snapshot of the number of players at each table every hour has been updated to provide more direct on-screen feedback to the user as to when the last time the reading was taken as well as being able to override a reading if a mistake was made. Custom player levels have been upgraded to allow players to be tracked manually and to be able to set whether the rating timer ever times out for a specific playing level.
Transient Path, LLC designs, develops, and supports desktop and point of activity mobile solutions for guests, patron, and employee services. Their first product, Cobblestone, is the first completely mobile, browser based, RFID enabled poker and table management solution. It is the only system that takes the dealer out of player tracking and allows them to get back to dealing. We “Let the players play and the dealers deal.”
