Cobblestone Casino Management version 5.1 enhances RFID Player Tracking, Comping and Administration.
Transient Path, LLC has released version 5.1 of their Cobblestone Casino Management solution. With the ability to better manage players, comps and reporting for users and players in both poker and table games, Transient Path continues its innovative industry advances in browser-based applications, mobile computing and RFID tracking.
Cobblestone version 5.1 provides patrons an easy way to determine their current Comp balance. By utilizing Player Kiosks the player can enter their player card number and quickly see what their balance is without having to get casino staff involved. This player facing kiosk will become a central point in the casino for players to update their profile, redeem promotions and track their play history.
The new Point of Sale (POS) kiosk allows users to redeem player comps for food, beverages or other casino specific categories. Since the POS kiosk application is touch screen based, users can utilize wireless tablets or smartphones to access and remotely print comp redemptions. Cobblestone will even show the user what the player’s balance is and not allow them to redeem a comp for more than is available in the player’s account.
The Reporting module has also been upgraded to include a new Patron Redemption Historical report that displays all the POS redemption details, in both tabular and graphically form, for a particular gaming period. The report can include all redemptions for the period or redemptions for a specific player. Many existing reports have also been upgraded to include more information. For example, a detail button has been added to many reports to allow a user to see the basic totals for a report or click the details button to see all of the transactions that make up those totals. Also a Patron Detail report is available that displays all details about a particular patron or lists all new patrons issued a loyalty card for a particular gaming period with a hyperlink for drill down details.
Other enhancements include an upgraded Administration module that includes POS printer assignment, a customizable comp template, configurable player kiosk timeout, and the ability to set the default RFID chip linking setting.
Transient Path, LLC designs, develops, and supports desktop and point of activity mobile solutions for guests, patron, and employee services. Their first product, Cobblestone, is the first completely mobile, browser based, RFID enabled poker and table management solution. It is the only system that takes the dealer out of player tracking and allows them to get back to dealing. We “Let the players play and the dealers deal.”
